Do not make political changes to voter submission laws before the election

There needs to be more time to make voters aware of any proposed changes prior to an election.  All votes should continue to have the required regulations for submission timelines. It has been a known fact that there are submission deadlines so no one has been inconvienced by maintaining those submission deadlines.  There is no benefit or protection of one's voter rights by the elimination of "due by" date requirements.  The rules exisit for a reason. Removal of rules is a political move.  This is disgusting to the majority of voters who can see what is going on.
