This is total voter fraud!  Does Northam and the Democratics believe in the rule of law at all or are they so afraid of losing that they will conspicuously cheat. 

Under such changes, the country's electoral system is regressing back to something out of the third world where the results are not available until weeks after the election because "miraculously" all the late ballots all seem to tilt the results in a certain direction.  It is shameless and craven and anti-Democratic.
