I am adamantly opposed to the Virginia State Board of Elections proposed Regulation stating that an absentee ballot could be returned by Noon on Friday after Election Day with no postmark or other proof that it had been submitted by 7PM on Election Day. The Virginia Board of Elections cannot alter election law by regulatory action.  This is a bold, partisan move to alter the outcome of the election and should not be allowed no matter which party is in power.
