DO NOT REMOVE THE ELECTION DAY 7PM PROOF OF POSTMARK REQUIREMENT FOR ABSENTEE BALLOTS ETC.  The deadline proof exists to avoid  voter fraud, allow for integrity in the process and results, a definite end to a vote count. To remove it is asking for VOTER FRAUD. This office/agency is required to uphold by OATH OF OFFICE the VA and US Constitutions. Do not violate that oath with this backhanded move.   We want a public hearing on this.
