Keep PROOF OF ELECTION DAY POSTMARK ON ABSENTEE BALLOTS

DO NOT REMOVE THE ELECTION DAY 7PM PROOF OF POSTMARK REQUIREMENT FOR ABSENTEE BALLOTS ETC.  The deadline proof exists to avoid  voter fraud, allow for integrity in the process and results, a definite end to a vote count. To remove it is asking for VOTER FRAUD, if this office thinks cheaters do not exist then why would there be both Federal and State criminal law and cases for voter fraud? This office/agency is required to uphold by OATH OF OFFICE the VA and US Constitutions. Do not violate that oath with this backhanded move and turn us from a Constitutional Republic into a "Banana Republic" where the known joke is elections mean nothing. Do your duty and maintain the integrity of the system with an accountable deadline. Young men and women have given their lives for honest elections, have the moral courage to honor that by maintaining proof of valid deadline on ELECTION DAY.
