Virginia is better than this, or at least it used to be!

As a long time Virginia resident, I completely disagree to the proposal to disregard whether or not a ballot has been postmarked.  It is unbelievable to me that this would even begin to be considered as a normal option for voting.  We have a voting DAY, we have early voting, and we have documented procedures for requesting an absentee ballot.  There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to consider ballots without a postmark OR to accept a ballot that has been received after the official date to vote.  Why is this even being considered?  Why is this being discussed without any public hearing or participation, under the cover of darkness??  Had I not happened to see an article written, I would not even know this was happening in Virginia.  This is why so many people are seriously concerned about voter fraud.   Virginia is better than this!
