Please hold a public hearing regarding the current discussion of allowing "drop boxes" and non-postmarked ballots.  Nothing in the current year prevents anyone from getting their ballots in time and having them postmarked to prove that they voted by the date and time stated in VA regulations.  We have so much time and so many ways to vote that it is impossible to say these two measures are needed.  What they will do, however, is open the door to ballot stuffing.  Please let's not turn the US into a sham democracy.
