No to the unconstitutional proposal

By allowing mail-in ballots that don't require proof that they are the only ballot submitted by a citizen, or that they are actually a citizen, you are stealing my right to vote by making it meaningless.   I don't believe that the authors of the constitution (several Virginians at that) saw it reasonable to adulterate the rights of the citizen voter in this manner.  Of course the rights of the American citizen seem to have become part of a doormat to the state of Virginia lately.  Any state that carries through with this unconstitutional folly in any way, should lose it's standing in the Electoral College and it's rulers should be considered in violation of their oaths of office.  Someday, justice will be restored in this country and those in power today should be concerned over with side of the law they want to stand.  STOP THE MAIL-IN VOTING! (except for legitimate absentee voting).
