We have early 'no excuse' voting. There is NO Excuse not to cast vote in a timely manor.
Ballots are mailed today September 18th. No excuse for not returning a ballot in time, meaning before NOV 3rd. If one really is concerned about getting their vote counting.. wouldn't they vote as soon as possible or in person NOV3rd?
