It is incumbent on the State Board of Elections adhere to the law and preserve postmarks requirements (by 7:00pm on Election Day). Without this, we cannot have election integrity and the voters will lose confidence in the system and even more chaos will come in our cities and schools.  

There must be a public hearing on this critical issue!
