Reject Ballots without postmarks received after close of Polls on Election Day, Nov 3rd.

To maintain the integrity of our voting system, the requirement in Virginia Law that the ballots must have a postmark prior to the close of the polls on election day must be maintained.  To allow ballots without a clear readable postmark is a form of voter fraud and should be challenged in court.  Keep the ballot postmark requirement as it currently exists in Virginia Law.  The Board of Elections does not have the authority to bypass the Law through regulation.
