That’s just crazy talk and crazy thinking.  The State Board of Elections must adhere to the law AND demand a public hearing.  Postmarks MUST be preserved!  This is clearly one of many coordinated efforts to manipulate and corrupt the vote, and to disenfranchise patriotic and legitimate voters.
