Allowing ballots to be counted after Election Day is unconstitutional and puts Virginia's electoral process at risk. There MUST be proof that ballots were turned in BEFORE 7 PM Election Day - postmarks are essential, and drop boxes must ALL be removed at 7 PM on Nov. 3. We need a public hearing.
