The State Board of Elections has NO authority to amend Virginia's statute requiring that a returned envelope for an Absentee Ballot be postmarked so as to ensure it is submitted by 7PM on Election Day.  As a registered Virginia voter, I demand a public hearing on your blatant attempt to undermine our election's integrity.
