We must support the licensure of landscape architects.  They provide an extremely valuable expertise that helps ensure the health, safety, and welfare of the public.  They are individuals who help develop identities in placemaking that transform spaces including but not limited to streetscapes, parks, plazas, schools, universities, hospitals, shopping, office parks, and many more, especially in challenging times like now.  The profession is a highly trained, skilled, and knowledgeable field that plays an invaluable role within society to make everywhere safe for everyone.
