I am writing to express continued support for licensure of Landscape Architects in the Commonwealth of Virginia. As a Virginia resident and a Virginia Professional Engineer, I can assure you that licensure is the most appropriate form of regulation to make sure that the public is adequately protected. The importance of licensure protects the health, safety, and welfare of all Virginia residents. I believe that continuing licensure for Landscape Architects is necessary to maintain the value for the profession.
