I fully support a mask mandate. It has become increasingly evident that masks make a difference and can help stop the spread of COVID-19.

I'm in the vulnerable population in three ways--age, weight, and high blood pressure. I work primarily from home; I'm not socializing with more than one other person at a time; and I diligently try to avoid being around strangers. Still, there are times when I must be in a public space, and I don't want to feel as though I'm putting my life at stake when I buy groceries.

It is scandalous that people are complaining about and refusing to abide by a very simple, reasonable request to ensure the safety of others.
