In order to reduce the spread of COVID-19, I believe it is completely reasonable to require individuals to wear face coverings while inside buildings. Wearing a face covering while indoors - or outdoors in spaces where you cannot social distance - demonstrates respect for your community members as mask wearing has a greater impact on reducing spread of an infected individual than preventing infection of an uninfected individual.
