You are asking people to report violations without any evidence of the violation. There's nothing in place to stop business competitors from filing false reports.  This has to be illegal on so many levels.

PLEASE let us move into phase 3 - allow people to make a choice to wear a mask.  You state if a person has an issue wearing masks due to health reasons, they are not required to wear one - yet you devise a site where people can report non-mask wearers???
