I request your vote in favor of the Emergency Temporary Standard/Emergency Regulation 16 VAC 25-220 by the Safety and Health Codes Board.  

The nation is still very real in the middle of a pandemic. The nation is slowly on the path to reopening because of a decline in cases. How did we achieve this decline in cases? With mandatory masks and social distancing. 

Employers should have proper health and safety guidelines in place to ensure the health and well being of their employees which, in turn, would minimize possible spread of Coronavirus to consumers.
