Measures that promote infection prevention in the workplace are CRITICAL to slowing the spread of COVID-19. Social distancing, hand washing, and masks are all important component of an effective infection prevention strategy. Numerous studies conducted since the outbreak have increased our understanding of the effectiveness of mask wearing in decreasing the risk of spreading the virus. I don't know what scientific data those who say no to masks are using to support their arguments, but it's simply untrue. Masks are a simple way for the majority of people to show consideration for their fellow citizens by keeping public spaces safer. My medically complex daughter and father thank you in advance!
