As a resident of Virginia, I urge you to support Emergency Temporary Standard/Emergency regulation 16 VAC 25-200, in particular with regard to farmworkers who are uniquely at risk by reason of their work, poor sanitation circumstances, and substandard and crowded housing conditions.   Common decency mandates this.
