We are in the Virginia wine industry and oppose the proposed emergency regulations as they are not industry specific, overly burdensome and are in conflict with other guidance.  The standing OSHA and CDC rules and regulations are current and address the industry's best practices for safety and security for our employees and guests.  It would negatively impact our ability to employ our staff and reopen.  

We respectfully request you reject the proposed emergency regulations.
