Masks should be voluntary. Every area of the state is different. Rural areas are much less at risk than urban areas.The decision to wear a mask should be up to the individual. Some people just can't wear them die to claustrophobia.The are many medical conditions that wearing a mask is not advised, severe asthma as one example. My job it is mandatory, it caused me to develop a sinus infection.
