Mask Mandate

The mask mandate is not necessary and is not based on science. Please see the scientific studies in the link below:

https://www.oralhealthgroup.com/features/face-masks-dont-work-revealing-review/

There is no substantiated evidence masks are effective.

We live in the United States of America. Mandating masks when the health data doesn't support it, is unconstitutional.  It is an unfunded mandate and is prohibited under the Equal Protection Clause.

“The order also violates the Equal Protection Clause by mandating that all persons who leave their places of residence must wear a face covering, disproportionately affecting indigent residents of the county, and those that cannot wear a face covering for legitimate medical or other reasons. Indeed, those without facial coverings cannot exercise fundamental constitutional rights — including leaving their home [to purchase] essential goods and services — while more affluent individuals may be able to comply (Dhillon Law Group)”

The order to wear a mask, is supposedly because of safety; but we don't ban sugar, cigarettes, or alcohol.  We once made drinking unconstitutional and that didn't really work out too well.

People should be allowed to choose. It has been said, "social distancing or masks" not social distancing AND masks"

The mask mandate should be removed.
