These Regulations cause more harm than good. They are not complete and do not consider the impacts on businesses. This is typical of those that create these regulations. Undoubtedly, they have zero experience starting a business and do not understand what it means to go to bed at night worrying about how they will put food on their employees tables or provide presents on Christmas morning. Business owners must consider these obligations every day (and night).
Imposing Regulations that are at best 70% complete do nothing more than create confusion for business owners and invite conflict. More regulation, more policies, etc. and insufficient guidance as to what is required. These Regulations have the lawyers hovering like vultures. Businesses will not be created, or business owners will be impacted, businesses will close, and people will lose jobs. Although the intentions may be pure, the outcome will be otherwise.
