I support the use of masks in indoor spaces. The infected hairdressers in Missouri had contacted 140 customers yet none to the customers became infected because both the customer and hairdresser were wearing masks. We need to use the data we have to keep workers safe and reopen the economy. Employers should be providing proper masks for their employees and policies that require their customers to wear masks. Employers have a responsibility to inform workers if they have been exposed, if another worker tests positive to the virus other coworkers should be informed in a timely manner. Employers have a responsibility to make sure work stations are set up with socially distancing specifications in mind.
