Requiring people to wear masks will allow people to conduct much needed in person economic activity while still reducing the risk of spreading Covid-19, which continues to be a very real threat to public health.

Wearing a mask for long periods is safe, doctors have been doing it for decades.

It is no more a violation of your freedom than requiring you to wear pants in public.
