On behalf of the over 5400 retailers we represent in Virginia, we respectfully request you oppose these regulations. responding to 225 pages of regulations in 10 days is unheard of. Your subject matter for the meeting is "General Business" which is misleading. These requirements are in conflict with Federal regulations and Guidance as well as Executive Orders put forth by the Governor. These should be thoughtfully considered instead they are riddled with mistakes. How are businesses expect to comply with conflicting items?

Virginia businesses are so burdened trying to survive, reinvent themselves and are doing the right things for their employees and customer's safety. Imposing what appears to be guidance as regulation only places yet another burden on business.
