Per information provided last week by the VA Department of Health, this is where we have had the highest percentage of fatalities.  We must find a way to protect these residents and employees with proper masks that do their job.  If the state decides that masks absolutely must be mandatory, then please issue N95 masks to every single resident.  These flimsy cloth masks do little to nothing.  Additionally masks should never be required outside.
