I urge the Board to adopt the proposed emergency standard with the elimination of one critical paragraph.  Paragraph G on page six, permits employers to ignore the standard if they comply with CDC guidance.  CDC publications provide only suggestions but no meaningful enforcement.  Including this exception will allow unscrupulous employers to defeat the entire purpose of this emergency standard.

I also respectfully suggest that in addition to healthcare workers, meatpacking workers be included in the "high-risk" category.

Finally, please include strong reporting and record-keeping requirements in order to keep track of the location of COVID-19 cases.
