Masks should be recommended not forced.  People who have difficulty breathing should never be forced to wear them.  If forced to, this state should be held directly liable for the further damage to their health or worse, death.  Let Virginia and its Govenor stand totally responsible for the damage these masks cause to people who are required to try to work to pay for their medication, struggling with a mask.  Shame on anyone who allows this to continue.
