Based on actual data, there is no evidence proving that masks protect one from the virus or that asymptomatic carriers can transmit the virus. Many people cannot wear a mask. And it flies in the face of free choice. Most of the country does NOT require it, why would VA especially when our numbers outside nursing homes are so low?
