The original shut down was intended to "flatten the curve" at some point the Governor decided, without the input of the citizens, that the goal was to PREVENT a virus with a proven survival rate of .004%. What the "phases" will consist of has constantly changed, how the phases will evolve has also changed constantly. We were told the phases would change based on matrix and science however the Governor has repeatedly said that because he is a Doctor, he knows best. We are being held hostage. We have lost our jobs.
