I respectfully request the rejection of the proposed emergency regulations, We do not need a mandatory standard that constrains employers and elevates fear, we need a plan that allows each employer to work with the Department of Labor and Industry to provide appropriate measures when needed. OSHA has updated guidance on enforcing workplace safety regulations in reference to COVID-19 and these should be the ones enforced.
