The fact that even the producers of these masks have warnings on the box that states “not for protection against COVID-19” illustrates how ineffective this measure is. If you are sick and coughing, if you are vulnerable to disease, then be intelligent and wear a mask, but to mandate this action for all Virginians is an extreme and unnecessary move, and Americans are starting to wake up and realize the hypocrisy of our governing officials. We are just not seeing in real life how these requirements are protecting the vast majority of citizens, and we are truly weary of emergency responses to something that “down here” in reality just does not seem to be worthy of such a response.
