Oppose ETS/ER

Respected doctors and scientists nationwide have offered conflicting opinions regrading whether or not there will be a second wave, whether asymptomatic people actually spread the disease, and specifically, whether masks are helpful (particularly for healthy people).  This report seems to only offer those medical opinions which support stringent measures and requirements for already burdened employers and employees who are trying to get back on their feet after an extended period of forced closure.  For this reason, I urge the board and governing officials NOT to approve this ETS/ER to last for SIX months - the data is not conclusive enough to warrant such extreme measures. Placing such burdensome and heavy requirements on employers (and citizens) for such an extended period of time is not only unnecessary but will have adverse effects (weakened immune systems, breaking issues from wearing masks, and hurting an already weakened economy by over-regulating businesses).  These burdensome regulations seem more like an effort to control employers/employees rather than a sincere effort to combat the virus.
