I had to wear my own home made mask at work because our company provided only one dust mask (level 1) for protection and plastic food gloves, which were cheap and holey. I tried to acquire level 1 dust masks but there was much price gouging from the Chinese manufacturers.
Back to cloth masks...if those are required in high humidity and temps, it will cause heat exhaustion. I have suffered three bouts of it and ultimately lost my job because I couldn't "keep up".
I say, no mask should be required if a company is unable or unwilling to provide. But should workers contract Covid-19 because a company is not protecting their employees, the company should pay for all the medical expenses...and God forbid, the funeral expenses.
