Emergency orders are for emergencies; until someone in a position of authority can get a handle on how to contain the emergency. It has been several months of quarantine. Do the authorities know how to prevent the spread of this disease? Is there a plan in place for treatment? Is there a vaccine? These are the issues to be addressed. Is there a way to safely open the economy? If so, it needs to be done. Continual quarantine, no human contact, no answers to core questions are not good practice. Facts and direction are what is needed.
