Please understand that all restaurants and hotels that are still in business and have managed to survived this crisis have been overwhelmed and frustrated by all the new mandates and requirements for our employees and guests. While we fully recognize the need for public safety, I feel that we have been EXTREMELY flexible and compliant with all of the Government orders. This has come at great expense to all of us, and our employees are also feeling the pain of unemployment etc.

We do not wish to have more burden placed on us with new labor laws. We think the temporary govt mandates are more than enough. After this passes, we should be able to go back to pre covid rules and regulations and still be able to maintain a safe environment.
