I urge you to adopt these regulations for Virginia’s front line workers.  We depend on them for our food, our medicine, our healthcare, our transportation.  Virginia has seen almost 58,000 confirmed cases of Covid-19 and 1,611 Virginians have died of this disease.  We must do all we can to stop the spread of this contagion.  These regulations provide guidance to employers on their responsibilities and protect workers against retaliation for exercising their rights.  Adoption of these regulations is the right thing to do.  We are all in this together.
