Healthy people should not be required to wear a mask. Cloth masks do not stop the spread of Covid. People reusing paper and cloth masks are re-breathing metabolic wastes and CO2. If one has a cough or is sneezing, then require a mask, like always. Children should also not be required to wear a mask in school.
