Re: Encroachment on the Rights, Will and Conscience of the Free People 

 

 

Dear Man acting as governor of Virginia:

 

We, the living men and women who make up the body of We The People, believe that God is the Creator of men, as acknowledged in the Declaration of Independence:

 

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, 

that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, 

that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

 

“That all men are created equal” is the foundational principle of Liberty; it is a self-evident truth that no man is authorized to wield undelegated power or impose his own good ideas, best intentions or will on another; and it is even more self-evident that this principle certainly extends to the creature of our own making, our servant government. Lest we forget that We The People are the creators of servant government. 

 

We stand, representing a large, growing, diverse association of scholars and researchers, human rights advocates, business and medical professionals, community organizers, religious and secular leaders to demand of our servant government performance of the service for which it is contracted, the jealous guard and protection of inalienable rights of its creator, We The People. 

 

We remind you of the oath that you are required and presumed to have sworn when you became our public servants and representatives. 

 

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge all the duties incumbent upon me as _______according to the best of my ability, (so help me God)."

 

The Constitution for the united States of America is the Supreme Law of the Land. We remind you of the words of the Founder, Alexander Hamilton in Federalist 78:

 

There is no position which depends on clearer principles, than that every act of a delegated authority, contrary to the tenor of the commission under which it is exercised, is void. No legislative act therefore contrary to the constitution can be valid. To deny this would be to affirm that the deputy is greater than his principal; that the servant is above his master; that the representatives of the people are superior to the people themselves; that men acting by virtue of powers may do not only what their powers do not authorise, but what they forbid.”

 

The Supreme Court of the US has upheld for over 200 years that no act of government contrary to the Constitution is valid. The current has shown a government that has grown completely out of control. Currently operating outside of its contract. A servant government operating outside of the contract is lawless. May we remind you that We The People did not intend for our creation to mandate things upon us that we do not wish. Servant does not have the authority to disarm the people. Servant does not have the authority to force the people to wear masks. Servant does not have the authority to force the people to stay home or to make the people close their businesses. Servant cannot force vaccinated the people or force other medical treatments on them. It does not matter if they tell the people it will keep them safe or if a majority of the people really want it. Either way, that presumes that the servant's lawlessness and that some peoples' wishes are superior and must be imposed upon others. Lest we forget that we live in a Constitutional Republic where individual rights matter, not that of the collective society and certainly not that of the servant government when it is working outside of its contract. Preservation of rights and liberties is the purpose of the contract, pursuant to the Law of GOD. Violation of the rights of "some" people is violation of the rights of ALL. Servant government doesn’t have the authority, under any guise, not even under the guise of a pandemic, to trample on individual liberties, no matter what made up legality is thrown at the people. To do so is a breach of contract and thus, lawlessness. 

 

Now ask yourself, and be honest: do you personally know whether these actions are in pursuance of the Supreme (highest) Law, the Constitution, or are you taking it on the word or advice of someone else? Will that person or persons pay the consequences for your wrongdoing if their advice is incorrect? If you don’t know the Supreme Law, how do you know whether you’re violating it? Do you know the penalty for violation of rights of the people, and for violation of oath of office? 

 

As an individual MAN, acting as governor, you took the office and swore your oath and allegiance of your own free will. You are elected, appointed or hired; you are sworn, entrusted, paid and presumed to know the Law, so be on notice: you will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the LAW, and ignorance of the Law is no excuse.

 

We demand that you honor your oath and ensure that We, the People, do not endure another single violation of individual rights to Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness, including Property. Take immediate action to protect religious liberty with respect to vaccination legislation.
