YES TO MASKS, ALWAYS

Masks should be required always. If a person is just exposed to the virus or is asymptomatic they will not know whether they have it or not. There is no way to ensure everyone is healthy. The easiest thing to do to minimize the spread is to just require masks for everyone. It would be idiotic to allow people with covid to be employed in the workplace and spread covid to their customers. Our testing and contact tracing is not good enough to rely on, so requiring masks should be a must until further notice.

If people are so worried about asphyxiation, just require places to allow employees to go outdoors if they need fresh air. Making people slightly more comfortable isn't worth spreading the virus.
