Maasks are needed to protect Virginians

Look, most people that are going to drive tomorrow won't be affected one way or another if they don't fasten their seat belt, but for a very few people, wearing a seat belt will save their lives.  Yes, lots of people don't want to wear masks.  They are constricting and a new safety device, like seat belts once were, but during the current COVID-19 outbreak, the wearing of a mask not only protects the wearer but the others out in public as well.  It isn't a perfect solution, but to not require masks and have a standard of use puts many at risk.  To not enact this standard is to say you don't care about the health and safety of all the Virginian grandparents, mothers, fathers and children that are at risk of being sick and even dying.  Do the right thing.
