The time limit on emergency mandates is up. Mandating masks is unconstitutional.  Of course we have more COVID because more people are being tested. This virus has not turned out to be the threat to the majority of people as it once was thought. Allow it to run its course in the young and healthy to protect all through herd immunity. New studies are showing that  it isn’t as easily or mysteriously spread as first thought. Time to end this.
