Since the efficacy of masks seems to be all over the map - they should be optional and encouraged but not required. I have a hard time breathing in mine but will wear when appropriate and can’t be 6 feet from people. 
some businesses don’t seem to understand the medical issues and will ban people who can’t wear them due to asthma etc
