Please. For the sake of the whole of Virginia, continue to mandate masks. Studies across the world are proving emphatically that the use of cloth coverings are helping to slow the spread. It’s common sense and for the greater good. It’s not infringing on rights, it’s keeping people safe!  
VA is on such a good track; let us continue to be an example of how to do this. Without mandating masks, for at least a little while longer, we will see a swing that will lessen our chances of moving from phase to phase and eventually beating this thing. 
We all want to get back to normalcy. This can’t be done without enforced rules temporarily.
