Requiring people to wear masks is an unlawful action because it will endanger their health.  Proven science shows that covering your face can cause hypoxia and other serious health issues.  Free people will take appropriate actions to protect their health without forced government overreach.  If government truly was concerned about health they would educate citizens on eating organic Whole Foods, drinking clean water, eating lots of vegetables, getting outside everyday and exercising.  Masks are about power and control instead of health!
