I am more than happy to wear a mask in order to protect those around me, and I am glad when others extend the same courtesy to me. I hate to think that I'm responsible for anyone else getting sick. 
I know they're hot. I know they're uncomfortable. But wearing a mask is a small inconvenience to keep our loved ones (and anyone else with whom we come into contact) safe and well.
